Technical Features of Coal Charging Car & Coke Pusher Car
The charging–pushing machine is of one spot machine for door extraction and pushing, its travel, pushing and charging are controlled by variable frequency and speed regulation system so as to ensure the stability of coal cake. It is equipped with automatic oven door cleaner, doorframe cleaner and spillage coke handling device. It is also provided with the oven door sealing frame device and coal cake compacting device, each unit can be controlled manually or controlled by PLC, the man–machine interface soft operation and automatic program control are adopted, it also has the malfunction detection and alarm system.
As for coke ovens with many ovens, the split structure for pushing mechanism and charging mechanism is adopted, in this way the operating time can be greatly reduced.
Technical performance of coke guide
The de- dusting coke guide is of one spot car, its travel mechanism is equipped with variable frequency and speed regulation system, provided with automatic oven door cleaner, doorframe cleaner and spillage coke handling device. It is installed with different de-dusting hoods according to different quenching modes, and according to different de-dusting modes, different connecting modes are adopted, each unit can be controlled manually or controlled by PLC unit program, the man-machine interface soft operation and automatic program control are adopted, it also has the malfunction detection and alarm system.
Technical performance of stamping machine
There are two types of the stamping machine, namely the fixed stamping machine and mobile stamping machine, it is driven by mechanical device, it has the eccentric clamping, mechanical elastic pressurization and liquid buffer devices, which enable the stamping machine keep in the flexible working condition all the time, it is characterized by stable operation, low noise and easy for maintenance, each unit can be controlled manually or controlled by PLC, it is also equipped with the stroke detection device and coal cake height measuring device, the hydraulic drive and central lubrication are used for the system.
Technical performance of electric locomotive
The travel mechanism of electric locomotive is equipped with variable frequency and speed regulation, the power generation braking + panel braking is adopted for positioning, in case of emergency, the air brake shoe braking + power generation braking + panel braking is used. It is controlled by PLC program, the man-machine interface soft operation is adopted, both dry and wet quenching operation modes are used.
Technical performance of quenching car
The quenching car is the fixed wet quenching car, it is hauled by electric locomotive, the car door has the integrated opening and closing structure.
