Technical Features of Coke Transfer Car
The Coke Transfer Car is the core mobile equipment on the coke side of a
clean-type heat recovery coke oven. It is specifically designed to horizontally receive high-temperature red coke, complete the coke quenching process, and transport and discharge the coke, while effectively controlling dust emissions. The equipment is designed to match the operational characteristics of heat recovery coke ovens.
The coke transfer car is capable of adaptive dust removal, multi-function operation with single positioning, and automated operation.
捣固站及技术特性
捣固站作用是将松散煤粉捣固成高密度、高强度煤饼，提升焦炭质量、降低煤耗的装置。
捣固站分机械式捣固和液压式捣固，也可将二者结合起来，充分发挥两种捣固形式的优点，优质快速的将煤饼捣固成型，在保证煤饼密度的前提下大大缩短了作业时间，提高生产效率。

Technical Features of Stamping Station
The Stamping Station is designed
to stamp loose pulverized coal into high-density, high-strength coal cakes, thereby improving coke quality and reducing coal consumption.
The Stamping Station can adopt mechanical stamping or hydraulic stamping,
or a combination of both methods to fully utilize the advantages of each. This integrated approach enables high-quality and rapid coal cake formation, significantly shortening the operating time while ensuring the required coal cake density, thereby improving overall production efficiency.
二次推焦装置可分为固定式和移动式，是配合水平接焦车实现无落差、低粉尘、全密闭出焦，是热回收焦炉环保与安全的关键设备。
Secondary Coke Pushing Device
The Secondary Pushing Device can be classified into
fixed-type and mobile-type. It works in coordination with the horizontal coke transfer car to achieve drop-free, low-dust, and fully enclosed coke discharge, making it a key piece of equipment for ensuring environmental protection and operational safety in heat recovery coke ovens.

2015年，公司开始涉足热回收领域，2017按用户的需求，为福建三明化工有限责任公司设计制造固定式推焦装置。
2019年，公司为山西沁新能源股份有限公司设计制造两套车辆。
2020年，为唐山佳祥实业有限公司设计制造两台移动式推焦车。
2022年，在一期工程顺利投产，设备稳定运行基础上，山西沁新能源股份有限公司再次向我公司订购两套设备。
2023年，周口项目中，我单位共为周钢设计并投产4套焦炉设备，年产焦炭量168万吨。在该项目中，我公司应用了多项新型专利技术，并实现了全线生产自动化，是公司在热回收焦炉机械领域的巨大突破。
2025年，我公司设计、制造、安装的津巴布韦50万吨热回收焦炉设备一期项目顺利投产，这是公司在热回收领域的首个海外项目，是公司热回收焦炉设备由国内市场走向国际市场的里程碑。

• In 2015, the company entered the heat recovery coke oven sector.
• In 2017, according to user requirements, the company designed and manufactured a fixed-type coke pushing device for Fujian Sanming Chemical Co., Ltd.
• In 2019, two sets of coke oven machines were designed and manufactured for Shanxi Qinxin Energy Group Co., Ltd.
• In 2020, two mobile coke pushing cars were designed and manufactured for Tangshan Jiaxiang Industrial Co., Ltd.
• In 2022, following the successful commissioning and stable operation of the Phase I project, Shanxi Qinxin Energy Group Co., Ltd. placed another order with our company for two additional sets of equipment.
• In 2023, for the Zhoukou project, our company designed and supplied a total of four sets of coke oven machinery for Zhougang, with an annual coke production capacity of 2 million tons. In this project, several newly patented technologies developed by our company were applied, and full-line production automation was realized, representing a majorbreakthrough for the company in the field of heat recovery coke oven machinery.
• In 2025, the Phase I project of the 500,000 t/a heat recovery coke oven equipment in Zimbabwe, designed,manufactured, and installed by our company, was successfully commissioned. This project marks the company’s first overseas project in the heat recovery field and represents a milestone in expanding our heat recovery coke oven equipment from the domestic market to the international market.
