Since the commissioning of the chargingand pushing car, flat-type coke transfer car, and hydraulic stamping stationsupplied for our coke ovens, the equipment has been operating normally and hasreceived positive feedback throughout our company.
In particular, the structural design,level of automation, and dust control performance have been significantlyimproved compared with previously used equipment, demonstrating clearadvantages as summarized below:
1. The charging and pushing carcan complete oven door extracting, coke pushing, coal charging, and doorclosing with only two positioning operations during travel, reducing the numberof alignment operations and shortening the operating time.
2. The door-extracting devices onthe charging and pushing car and the coke transfer car are equipped withautomatic pin insertion and withdrawal mechanisms, ensuring safe and reliableoperation while reducing the workload of operators at the oven front andimproving the level of automation.
3. The hydraulic stamping stationenables one-button automatic operation for traveling, coal distribution, andcoal stamping, achieving a high level of automation.
4. The ground coal wall of thehydraulic stamping station adopts composite stainless steel plates, and thecoal wall opens in a swing-type structure, which significantly improves thesurface quality of the coal cake.
5. The hydraulic stamping stationis equipped with an automatic coke powder distribution device, whichmechanically spreads a layer of coke powder on the top of the coal cake,thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers.
6. The on-site installationpersonnel demonstrated strong discipline and professional competence, ensuringthe smooth commissioning of the equipment.
